Last year I was so busy I completely lost track of my last oil change. No reminder, no sticker on the windshield, nothing. By the time I noticed the warning light, the damage was done — $700 later for repairs that could've been avoided with a $40 oil change.
That sucked. But it also got me thinking: how many of us are one forgotten reminder away from a bill like that?
So I built CarVault Pro — a simple maintenance log app to track oil changes, service history, and reminders so this doesn't happen to anyone else. No more guessing, no more sticky notes, no more expensive "oops."

Ever wondered how many potential orders an online store could miss when customers add products to their cart but leave without completing checkout?
I built an abandoned cart automation workflow using Activepieces, Shopify, Google Gemini, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business.

🛒 Cart Trigger: Detects an abandoned checkout event from Shopify.
🔀 Conditional Routing: Routes the workflow based on configured conditions.
🤖 AI-Powered Messaging: Gemini generates a personalized reminder message.
💬 WhatsApp Reminder: Sends a cart reminder through WhatsApp Business.
📧 Email Reminder: Sends a follow-up email to encourage the customer to complete checkout.

The 30–60 minute delay then 24-hour follow-up is a sensible cadence. The part I would harden next is the stop conditions: once the cart converts or the customer replies, every channel should cancel, and WhatsApp especially needs a clear opt-in trail before the first send....
Myth: once the site is live, the project is done.
Fact: launch is the first day the site meets real visitors. It needs care after that: updates, fixes, content and tracking.
What a monthly check covers on the sites I look after:
• Updates on staging first: core, theme, plugins or apps
• Every form tested end to end. Does the email actually arrive?
• Search Console: new errors, new 404s, pages dropped from the index
• Speed on the top pages, on mobile, not just desktop
Most problems I find in audits weren't there at launch. A plugin update broke a form, a page was renamed without a redirect, a new script slowed the homepage.
None of them are dramatic. They just pile up when nobody looks.
