Building a People-First Employee Experience
Built and strengthened employee experience programs across the full employee lifecycle during a period of rapid company growth. My work spanned onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, manager enablement, internal communications, benefits, and performance management. Key outcomes included improving employee engagement/eNPS, reducing onboarding time by 30%, and helping reduce the benefits renewal rate increase by 13% through HSA contributions.

The goal was simple: make appointment management easier for salon owners and reduce the manual work involved in handling bookings and reminders.
The system connects the complete workflow in one place:
1 Customer makes a booking
2 Booking gets confirmed
3 Owner sees it on the dashboard
4 Upcoming appointments are organized clearly
5 Reminders help the owner stay on top of appointments
One of the key things I focused on was making the experience simple, clean, and easy to understand, while keeping the workflow practical for a real business.
This project helped me think beyond just building screens — and focus more on the actual business problem, user flow, and overall product experience.

With nearly 17 years of experience in retail and franchising, I have developed strong expertise in commercial management, business operations and multi-unit retail management.
Throughout my career, I participated in the opening of six stores, coordinating operational processes, team development, sales activities and customer experience.
As an Imaginarium franchisee, I managed multiple retail locations, served on the Franchisee Council and received the Best Store award within the franchise network.
My experience combines commercial strategy, operational planning, stakeholder relationships and team leadership, with a focus on efficient operations and business performance.
