Quality over quantity is underrated advice. Focused proposals always stand out more than mass applications.

Most beginners think volume = results, but proposal quality is really the leverage.
Curious — when you say “killer proposals”, do you follow a fixed structure or adapt completely per job?

Personally, I follow a flexible framework rather than a rigid template — structure stays consistent, but positioning + psychology adapt per project.

Yes, I do follow a certain structure but obviously have a variation for job types, so some are exact matches to onbe of my projects so thats one variation etc. I'm currently working on creating a tool to write these proposals based on my stored data (winning proposals, portfolio...
