Architecture & Key Features:
Deterministic Idempotency Keys: Generates a stable hash from the prospect's email and phone number. If a webhook retries or a user double-submits a form, the system prevents silent duplicate record creation in the CRM.
Automated Data Sanitation: A JavaScript validation layer lowercases emails, strips whitespace, and standardizes local phone numbers into exact E.164 formats before writing to the database.
CRM Upsert Routing: Seamlessly pushes sanitized lead data into HubSpot (or Airtable) custom properties.
