As part of the Disability Care squad, I work to inject cutting-edge Speech AI technology into the daily lives of residents and staff to simplify their workflows. On the infrastructure side, I led a one-week migration of two major repositories into a single monorepo and fully automated our end-to-end release pipeline using Firebase and GitLab. I also rapidly implemented a comprehensive Vivendi integration solution, which included resolving complex API rate limits and building a robust, hierarchical document archive for caregivers. Furthermore, I drove key product initiatives by delivering tailored EGH onboarding flows, implementing comprehensive PostHog analytics, and building an innovative Inclusive Speech UI that promotes neutral, professional documentation.
