This project began with a long, intimate video about depression. My role was to edit it and turn it into a shorter, structured piece without losing the core message or the emotional tone.
Even though I’m not the one speaking in the video, the topic hits close to home. I’ve been through similar moments, and maybe that’s why editing it felt different — technical, yes, but also emotional.
The challenge was to honor the speaker’s voice, preserve the emotional weight, and bring rhythm, clarity, and visual coherence to the final piece.
A project where editing, empathy, and storytelling come together.
