1. Slow product pages. If it takes more than 3 seconds to load, you've already lost them. Compress images, cut unnecessary apps, and mobile-test.
2. No email capture. You're paying for traffic and letting 95% of visitors leave forever. A simple popup with a 10% discount changes that math completely. Half of people coming to your store will not buy immediately so with the help of email capture you can easily collect their email and follow up with them till they come back.
No email, means no follow-up, and it results in no coming back.
3. Weak product pages. Stock descriptions, no social proof, one blurry photo. Your product page IS your salesperson. Treat it like one.
Fix these basic three and you'll see a difference before you spend another dollar on ads.
