CollabFlow is a personal full-stack AI project I built to demonstrate modern software engineering practices. The goal was to create an AI-powered collaboration platform where teams can communicate, manage tasks, upload project documents, and use an AI assistant to retrieve information from those documents using a LangGraph-based RAG pipeline. Building this project helped me gain hands-on experience with full-stack development, real-time systems, AI integration, and scalable application architecture.

When I worked as a guide, booking was one of my biggest pain points: constant back-and-forth, checking availability, handling changes, payments, confirmations, and trying not to lose track of who was coming when.
So I built HERODOT - History of Mystery around exactly that problem.
A visitor can simply describe what they want, and HERODOT interprets the request, recommends the best-fit historical tour, checks availability, handles the booking and payment, and confirms everything. On the guide side, the Guide Desk brings together guests, routes, payment state, mobility notes, local conditions, briefings, and only the exceptions that genuinely need human attention.
It is basically the booking workflow I wish I had when I was guiding.
And who knows — maybe tomorrow I’ll wander off into the unknown again. If I do, at least the bookings will be sorted.
Increased revenue opportunities by automating how AI voice-agent calls are captured, analyzed, quality checked, and stored in the CRM.
I built an automated workflow that connects an AI voice agent with Airtable, Google Drive, Gmail, and AI-powered quality analysis.
The workflow receives call data through a webhook, extracts and structures the information, creates a CRM record, retrieves the call recording, uploads the audio for storage and runs an AI quality check on the conversation.
Based on the quality control result, the workflow automatically follows the appropriate path. Qualified conversations can trigger an email notification while the relevant call data and recording are updated in the CRM for future review.
The way the webhook pushes call data straight into Airtable and the CRM removes a lot of manual entry.
Built a complete website + automation workflow designed to turn business data into a streamlined outreach system.
The process starts with lead generation and data collection, then analyzes each business to identify opportunities for a better online presence. From there, the system organizes the leads, prepares personalized outreach, and sends my portfolio directly to potential clients.
The dashboard keeps everything in one place — leads, website analysis, outreach, follow-ups, campaign progress, and results.
The goal was simple: reduce repetitive work, automate the workflow, and make client outreach faster and more organized.
Built as a personal automation project and optimized around real-world business outreach.
