This Python-based Google Trends Analysis examines how global workout preferences changed across the pandemic. Using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib, the study compares “home workout” and “gym workout” search trends across the U.S., Australia, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The findings reveal clear behavioral shifts—home workouts dominated 2020, but gym workouts now lead worldwide—offering valuable insights for fitness, wellness, and digital marketing decision-making.
