Great reminder that a flop on the marketplace isn't always a design problem. Distribution and ranking matter as much as the template itself.

Confusing hero for me too. Speed gets fixed in an afternoon, but a page that does not say what you do and who it is for loses the visitor even when it loads fast. A quick five-second test with a stranger shows it fast.
