My topic:Livestream & VTuber
Hi, I saw online that IRL LiveStreaming is one of the hottest niches for some time now, but it is also the most dangerous one. I saw multiple videos of streamers being intimidated, provoked and even harassed.
This is not about streaming, its about humans feeling safe.
Today, in 8 full focused hours I put the pillars of the project PulseOS.
It gives updates to the creator about:
-Idle: basic state
-Notifications : ex: one new paid subscriber
-Ai-Summaries: ex: summary of the last 5 minutes of the live-chat energy
-Critical-Alert: ex: someone is following a creator, the chat is typing more than the usual flow of messages->activates triggering automation->creator sees what the chat is talking about
I projected this idea with 7 pillars, so here are the next 3, which I sacrificed for this demo, to be able to do the 4 pillars as intended.
The other 3 pillars:
-Stream health: ex: camera battery %, temperature of CPU
-Focus mode: ex: when streamer is serious, notifications are subtle almost non-existent for that time
-Achievement: ex: 1000 followers in the past month, 12 hours live in the past 3 days
I got around the paywall and prototyped a flux on notification with Make.com on HTML with POST Requests with the help of Ably.

future note, you can "share" a file on the rive freeplan by making a copy and putting it into the 'Shared Project',
then in the file using the invite button in the top right to get a link. I say a copy because once you put a file in a shared project you can't move it back to a...

Hello! This is my submission for Contra's #rivebroadcastchallenge : an eSports Charity Event type graphics package for live streaming for game like League of Legends and Valorant.
The package includes:
- Player portraits that can be updated according to each players picture.
- Team Icons that can be updated according to each team.
- A scoreboard where the team’s icon and name can be updated live, and the score is updated in real time with subtle animation triggers for each scored point.
- A live player leaderboard that uses a script to update in real time based on kills or points, that can be expanded/collapsed for more detailed information.
- Important game kill pop ups like ‘First Blood’ and consecutive kills from 'Double Kill’, all the way to ‘Penta Kill’, each showcasing the portrait of the player who died and the one that got the kill.
- Post match stat comparison based on two players, showcasing their picture, stats, and who holds the crown for each stat.
- An MVP showcase banner showing the top player's stats for the match and their picture.
- Donation alerts showing the donators username and amount donated with varying icons based on the donated amount.
- A live donations’ progress bar that uses a script to update the donation progress in real time, with animation triggers for every milestone.
One of the new Rive features I was able to implement was databinding a keyframe. I used it to animate the donations’ progress bar in and out animations, it gave me the ability to set an out keyframe into a keyframe that was bound to the data of the percentage that was already received, data that is updated in real time.
I learned a ton in the process and had a great time creating this from the rough sketches to linking up state machine triggers to viewmodels and all the databinding process.

Live Cricket Broadcast Package
I’m not a professional motion designer, but I wanted to challenge myself and build something beyond a simple animation.
Using what I know about Rive, frontend development and cricket, I created a complete live broadcast graphics package with a scorebar, player statistics, ball-by-ball updates, FOUR, SIX and WICKET celebrations, and match stat screens.
All the information is data-bound and updates dynamically from a working Next.js scoring application. I put my best effort into combining design, animation, logic and real-time data to create an experience that feels like a real cricket broadcast.
This project represents my learning, experimentation and the best of what I currently know in Rive.
