My submission births Swift Legal, a Lagos-based legal support startup designed to solve the persistent inefficiencies in litigation support. Stemming from the principle of Fair Hearing which is embedded in the legal system of nations of the world, for a court of law to exercise it’s jurisdiction in a suit before it, the Defendant must have been put on Notice through service of Court Process.
