Built a dynamic bidding system with fixed base prices by spot size (small, medium, large), a +70% takeover rule for outbidding occupied spots, instant outbid email alerts, and a transparent, verified leaderboard for tracking all bids. Includes automatic logo/link fetching when a brand claims a spot, and payment verification through Polar.
Real-time bidding for physical ad spots is a clever inversion. You get the urgency of live auctions applied to something people actually walk past, and the +70% takeover rule adds just enough drama to keep brands invested. The leaderboard transparency is what makes it trustworthy rather than chaotic.

• trust elements and performance metrics that support the company’s positioning;
• responsive mobile layouts that simplify the composition while keeping the same visual identity 📱;
• a modular visual system that could easily scale across services, case studies, and additional landing pages.
The result is a clean but expressive digital experience that makes an AI company feel innovative, approachable, and visually memorable — without sacrificing clarity or usability.
