A training tells everyone the same thing. A sparring session shows you where you actually stand with AI.
It takes four hours, on your own machine, with your own work. Five questions about what you really do (not what you hope to do) place you on a ladder of seven levels, from zero to six. Then we take one real workflow of yours and ask, for every step: which level does it run at now, and which level should it run at?
You leave with a work piece for each level as proof, not a certificate.
The seven levels are my own development of a 2025 research paper, so treat them as a working model, not a validated one. The film shows a session in a boxing ring built from cubes, and how it ends for me.
Asking which level each step should run at, not just where it runs now, is the useful part. In my PM work the answer is often lower than people expect, especially for steps where a wrong output is expensive.

Hourfield is a 16-second 16:9 launch film for products that organise people's time: calendars, schedulers, booking and reservation apps, planners. Retype a few short lines, drop in your logo and rename the calendar's days and tiles (meetings, table bookings, classes, shifts): the week re-plans itself on screen and the film lands on your logo lockup. Our second version, Maréva, a fictional table-booking app, turns the working week into an evening of reservations on the same animation and timing.
Built end-to-end through the SVGator MCP server. The calendar that re-plans its own week, the orbit that swirls into a single dot and the lines centred by their real letter shapes (fonts measured, not eyeballed) were computed in Python and written straight into a live SVGator project as 780 editable keyframes; I directed every note and finished it in the canvas. Maréva was made the same way, on the same timeline. Everything stays a real layer: 50 live text layers, named elements (headline, logo, product-name, tagline) and one logo image animated in two moments.
Yes, there is a lot to edit: every line of the story, a whole week of calendar tiles, a palette in nine roles. A full rebrand takes longer than five minutes, and that is the honest trade: it shows how much a single SVGator file can carry, and how MCP makes a detailed, story-driven film practical to re-make, not just to watch.

Shapeshift is a looping product-carousel ad I designed as a reusable template for any brand with four products to show (flavours, colourways, a menu), made for Instagram and paid social. Every piece is a named layer: retype the text, drop your photos into the four product slots and recolour, and the motion stays the same. Swap in a different shape set (soft, Mughal or geometric) and the same timing takes on a new personality.
I built it with the SVGator MCP. I came up with the concept and art-directed the motion, colours and every rebrand, while an AI assistant made the layer edits through the MCP. Every version in the video (vivid, light, the Bunsmith burger rebrand and the Mughal shapes) comes from that same file.
