AFTERMATH is an interactive consequence simulation lab built with Base44.
Instead of simply displaying incidents on a dashboard, AFTERMATH lets you experience how a single failure can cascade through an interconnected system — and then travel back to change the outcome.
The Experience
Enter a fictional logistics facility containing 12 interconnected operational systems.
Trigger a power failure and watch the consequences propagate across the facility. Every affected component, status transition and impact calculation is driven by a deterministic simulation engine.
Then comes the twist.
Go back. Change one decision. Watch a different future unfold.
Using the Time Machine, activate backup power at an earlier checkpoint and create an alternative timeline.
Compare both futures side by side.
In the featured scenario:
Without intervention: 9 failed systems, impact index 86.
With early intervention: 3 failed systems, impact index 47.
Result: 6 systems saved through one earlier decision.
These results come from the simulation's defined dependency rules and scenario assumptions, not hardcoded presentation values.
