Overview
Nestora is a real estate website concept created to improve the property browsing experience for home buyers, renters, and real estate investors. The platform combines modern aesthetics with a clean user experience to make property discovery simple and visually engaging.
Problem
Many real estate websites feel outdated, cluttered, and difficult to navigate.
Users often struggle with: Finding relevant properties quickly, Filtering listings effectively, Understanding property details clearly, Navigating overloaded interfaces.
Goal
The goal was to design a modern real estate platform that:
Simplifies property discovery
Creates a premium browsing experience
Improves search usability
Presents listings clearly
Builds user trust through clean design
Design Solution
I designed a clean and structured real estate interface with: Large hero imagery, Advanced property search section, Featured property cards, Rental recommendation sections, Clear information hierarchy, Spacious layouts and modern typography
The interface focuses heavily on usability, readability, and premium visual presentation.
Outcome
The final design delivers a modern real estate browsing experience that makes property discovery faster, cleaner, and more visually engaging for users.

How good of a web designer is AI?
I put Claude Design to the test asking it to redesign my client's product inventory page I built in Framer.
In under 10min it produced 2 variations. Neither can go on client's website directly but it surfaced two years' worth of overlooked improvements I can implement manually.
The gap between AI output and production-ready website is there, but in the hands of a web designer who knows what to do with the output, it has a valuable place in the workflow.
Feels like AI isn’t replacing the designer, it’s just speeding up the "thinking layer". Like you said, it surfaces things we somehow miss for months.
Still needs a human eye to make it actually usable, but as a brainstorming partner, it’s kind of crazy good.
Sometimes a website doesn’t need a full rebuild – just a clearer, more modern experience. We recently redesigned this homepage and simplified the layout, messaging, and structure. Curious which version you’d trust more at first glance: old or new?
