It amplifies them.
The same prompt given to a beginner and an expert rarely produces the same result because judgment still matters.
A slop grenade is when you get AI to write an answer and send it without adding anything of your own to it. Worse, without checking it.
Someone on the other end still has to read all of it, you know that, right? They gotta find the mistakes and the logical gaps, clean it up and act on it. You didn't save time, you moved the work onto them.
Every new AI chat used to start the same way.
I explained the business again.
Clients. Prices. Decisions.
What it could do without asking me.
So I put the business in a folder of plain text files the assistant can read.
Memory. Clients. Decisions. Invoices. Daily log.
And the rules for what it is not allowed to do.
I run Kratos Labs (my company) out of that folder.
The public template is Operator OS.
I installed it twice for other people.
One of them, @Atashka (left a review on my profile) used to spend around 6 hours/week pulling briefs, notes and feedback into project requirements.
Now it's about 1 hour.
He says that's roughly 20 hours back each month.
I don't start the morning by explaining the company again.
The folder already has it.
