→ Project Overview 

Kate Clawson is a certified advanced practice registered nurse who set out to create a structured course platform delivering compliance and clinical education to other healthcare professionals. The platform needed to handle enrollment, checkout, and course access inside a single, compliant environment, without the friction of patched-together tools or the credibility gap of a generic course site. She had deep subject matter expertise and no existing digital infrastructure.

→ The Challenge

- Clinical education content requires platform structure and language that reflects scope-of-practice awareness - Needed seamless, automated enrollment and access delivery so Kate could focus on content, not manual fulfillment - The visual and structural standard had to match the expectations of a professional audience evaluating a clinical education product

→ Phase 1: Strategy and Design

- Mapped platform architecture to meet the credibility expectations of a licensed healthcare professional audience - Designed mockups in Canva, then translated to Kajabi with a clean, clinical visual direction

→ Phase 2: Development

- Set up complete course platform in Kajabi with structured module and lesson architecture - Developed a sales funnel, including professional copywriting for all components - Configured enrollment and checkout flow with automated course access delivery

→ Phase 3: Integration and Launch

- Connected email automation for enrollment confirmation and course access delivery - Completed mobile optimization across all platform pages - Delivered full QA pass and 1:1 training handoff so Kate could manage course content and student records independently from day one
