I designed and developed LocalFlow, a modern CRM and booking management dashboard created for service-based businesses that need a simpler way to manage their daily operations.
The platform brings customer management, appointment bookings, lead tracking, reminders, invoices, reviews, team management, and analytics into one clean interface. I focused on creating a dashboard that makes important business information easy to understand at a glance while keeping navigation simple and intuitive.
The interface includes revenue insights, today's bookings, reminder performance, a visual sales pipeline, upcoming appointments, and dedicated areas for customers, employees, invoices, reviews, analytics, and settings.
The goal was to create a professional SaaS-style experience that could help businesses spend less time managing tools and more time serving customers.

A website can look polished and still fail at its most important job: helping the right visitor take the next step.
Before I consider a business website effective, I look at five things:
Clarity โ Can I understand the business in 5 seconds?
Audience โ Is it obvious who the website is for?
Value โ Is the problem being solved clearly communicated?
Trust โ Is there enough evidence to make the business credible?
Action โ Is the next step obvious?
A good website doesn't need to say everything.
It needs to make the right things clear.

Sample Deliverable: Sales Call Leak Report
This sample demonstrates how I analyze a real sales conversation and turn one costly moment into a practical fix.
The report identifies the exact timestamp where the call lost momentum, explains why the response created an exit and provides a word-for-word replacement line with tonality guidance.
My approach is mechanical and specificโno generic sales advice or mindset coaching. Every recommendation is tied directly to what happened inside the conversation, so the client knows exactly what to change on their next call.
