Most websites fail before the first line of code is written. Here’s why: nobody asked the right questions. Before I build any website, I ask 3 things:
1. Who is the visitor? A student and a business owner need completely different pages. 2. What should they do in 10 seconds? Call, buy, or book. One clear action, not five. 3. What makes them hesitate? Slow load, unclear pricing, no reviews. I fix these first. Design is easy to copy. Strategy is what makes a website work. If you’re planning a new website or want to fix an old one, I’d love to hear about your project. Which one do you struggle with most: getting visitors, or turning them into customers?
