Unlike a traditional voicemail system or basic phone menu, it can understand a caller's request, ask follow-up questions, collect relevant information, and trigger actions through connected business software. For example, when a customer calls an HVAC company to schedule an air-conditioning repair, the AI voice agent can collect the customer's details, identify the service they need, check available appointment times, and help arrange a booking. The connected workflow can then update the CRM and send a confirmation and reminder. Why I created it I created this project to demonstrate how Vyntro X Logic can help businesses reduce the time spent managing routine phone calls and scheduling tasks while providing a better customer experience.
