This project is a Beehiiv-powered newsletter + website system built for creators selling on TikTok Shop.
Strategy: growth-first publishing. The homepage is optimised to convert cold traffic into subscribers, while the post grid is structured for binge-reading and repeat visits. Strong headlines, clear value props, and social proof do the heavy lifting.
Execution: • Beehiiv website for publishing and hosting • Native Beehiiv subscribe forms for frictionless sign-ups • Content hierarchy designed to support discoverability, retention, and monetisation

30+ pages, 3 weeks, and honestly one of my favorite projects in a while.
I'd been wanting to design something more tech-driven for a long time, and Gryd, a platform turning construction permit data into intelligence for insurers, lenders, and real estate teams, was exactly that.
Wireframes first, then UI across every page, fully responsive, with animation on the key screens, all built inside the brand the client had already set.
