I decided to experiment with WhatsApp Meta AI for image generation, and honestly, I’m impressed with the results! 🤯
I was using the free version of ChatGPT, which didn’t give me many opportunities to generate images, so I thought, why not give Meta AI a try?
The level of detail, image quality, and high resolution genuinely surprised me. It’s amazing how much you can create with these AI tools.
Now I’m curious to explore more! 🚀
Which AI image generation tools or websites would you recommend trying next? I’d love to hear your suggestions and experiences!
didnt know whatsapp could even do this,, hows it hold up on faces vs chatgpt
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to generate such good images either! I’ve just generated another image with it. Have a look at this one too and let me know what you think!

Feels like a lot of companies are trying their luck with AI instead of hiring designers right now.
I think it's going to backfire on them in a few months.
Trying to stay optimistic about it.
I can't wait for them to start hiring designers again. No matter how good AIs are, Human Intelligence will always supercede it.
Would you send an AI icon set straight to a client? 👀
I tested Ideogram Vector on a pixel icon set for Yue Fang, an interior decorator with Chinese inspirations. The icon set was for her services.
After a few tries & prompt refining, Ideogram nailed the vibe!
BUT, some things needed to be reworked:
➡️ the white parts were shapes stacked on top of a solid black shape, not real cutouts (surprise when you open the SVG 💀)
➡️ some pixels weren’t actually square
➡️ some pixels were bigger than others
➡️ icon sizes were all different
Pixel art is supposed to be the ONE style where everything sits on a grid lol
So, which set would you hand to the client?

Stacked shapes instead of real cutouts is exactly the kind of flaw that only shows up when you open the file. AI gets the vibe fast, but the file-level check before handoff is still on us.
