Playing around with some ideas, I identified a need in the city where I live. There are many properties available for sale or rent, many websites for users to search on, and many CRM options that don’t fit the local needs. That’s when the idea came up to create a CRM that adapts to what sellers want and what buyers in the city need. This is a simple prototype of what could bring powerful tools to solve this problem in the local real estate market.
