I built a fully automated booking system using Google Sheets and Apps Script that:
• Allows clients to select their preferred date and time
• Automatically blocks unavailable slots based on Google Calendar
• Syncs events instantly with the owner’s calendar
• Sends automatic confirmation emails
• Lets clients view their booking status, leave updates, or cancel directly from email
Each appointment is automatically recorded in Google Sheets with a unique ID, client details, and message history, creating a structured and trackable database.
It also includes a built-in analytics dashboard with real-time metrics such as:
• Total appointments
• Cancellation rate
• Peak booking demand
• A heatmap, showing weekly booking distribution
Interface, logic, booking rules, and language are fully customizable based on each client’s needs. 😸

Built a full-stack AI automation system that transforms how the company responds to RFPs.
Users upload RFP documents (PDF/Excel) through a web portal. An n8n pipeline processes the upload: AI parses the document to extract key fields (issuer, scope, budget, deadline), classifies the service line, matches content from an Airtable library (team bios, references, portfolio), and generates 80-90% complete proposal drafts with cover letter, company overview, technical approach, and more. Output is a formatted Word document ready for review.
Results:
✅ Reduced proposal creation from 4-6 hours to under 30 minutes
✅ 90% auto-complete rate on proposal sections
✅ 14+ RFPs processed through the pipeline
✅ Full proposal dashboard with status tracking

This is a really interesting automation workflow, Peter. Using AI to parse RFPs and streamline proposals is a smart use case.

If the dashboard is the heartbeat, the Analytics page is the brain. For Enterprise Jezz, I didn’t want users hunting for insights—I wanted the insights to find them.
When designing for scale, "more charts" isn't the answer. Visual hierarchy is.
For this view, I prioritized:
♣︎. The 4-Pillar Pulse: High-level KPIs (Revenue, Users, Signups, Server Status) at the top for an "at-a-glance" health check.
♣︎. Dual-Axis Storytelling: Combining a high-density Revenue line graph with a Traffic Source donut to show not just what happened, but where it came from.
♣︎. Status-First Tables: Using semantic "Trending," "Stable," and "Beta" tags so product managers can spot outliers in seconds, not minutes.
99.9% Server Status is great, but 100% clarity for the user is the goal. :)
