🚀 Automating Golf Contract Audits with AI
I built a system that audits golf course promotional contracts by comparing them to the official pricing catalog. The old process took weeks and required manual review of thousands of PDFs. My goal was to automate the entire workflow with high accuracy and real-time results.
1️⃣ Used Playwright to log into dashboards and download contracts automatically. 2️⃣ Extracted structured data from PDFs using custom AI parsing. 3️⃣ Built a JSON engine to highlight pricing or term mismatches instantly. 4️⃣ Streamed real-time processing updates to a Next.js dashboard via WebSockets.
The result: audits dropped from weeks to hours, accuracy improved, and stakeholders could review inconsistencies immediately. The system is scalable and can support other document workflows.
