Hi everyone,
I built Horse Nation, an online marketplace for buying and selling horses in Australia. Marketplaces sound simple until incentives drift -- sellers want visibility, buyers want relevance, and the platform sits in the middle.
I focused on search quality, clean data relationships, and controlled exposure, instead of trying to out-feature competitors. The goal was trust, not novelty.
