I created a professional Excel customer database and sales follow-up tracker for managing customer information, payment status, follow-up dates, and transaction values. The workbook includes dropdown-based data validation, automated customer summaries, payment-status analysis, and sales reporting.
Built an end-to-end e-commerce BI solution using SQL and Power BI. Cleaned and modeled website session, pageview, order and refund data, developed business KPIs and interactive dashboards to analyze sales, customer behavior, conversion, and marketing performance.
