What if a masterpiece wasn't finished by human hands, but by time itself?

For the FLORA × The Met challenge, I started with Auguste Rodin’s study for Galatea from The Met’s archive — a raw, unfinished plaster sculpture capturing a fleeting moment of creation.

I reimagined its timeline across centuries: from Rodin’s 1889 studio, through a 2026 museum where subtle refinements mysteriously appeared, to an awakening in 2126, its completion in 2226, and finally, a serene, overgrown ruin in 2326 where nature completely reclaimed it after humanity.

I built and explored the full concept on the FLORA canvas, iterating through each century to show how the sculpture evolved, healed, and finished itself.
