Been working on a new app for a Hackathon (HackSocials2026)
I call it NeighborBoard… it’s a platform that connects neighbors/communities. Any neighbor can offer something to each other like services, foodstuffs and other things… in the other had neighbors can request a need to the community for anything.
Just a platform to make the neighborhood more united and in sync.

I worked on this project as a Flutter developer, building a single
cross-platform codebase that ships to both iOS and Android.

Bank rate comparison and loan filtering by budget and tenure
REST API integration with the backend loan engine
Secure authentication and encrypted data handling
Push notification setup
App Store and Google Play submission, including Data Safety compliance and content rating
The app is live on both stores and rated 5.0 on Google Play.
With budget and tenure both changing the results, how did you handle overlapping API requests so a slower response could not replace the latest comparison?
Smart Home Controller Mobile App
Connected-home products can become complicated very quickly.
The challenge with this concept was to create a controller that gives users access to their devices without making them feel like they're operating a technical system.
The experience is organized around the way people actually interact with their homes — rooms, devices and everyday controls.
The interface gives users a quick overview of their home while keeping important actions easy to reach.
The visual system stays clean and restrained so the technology doesn't overwhelm the experience.
