Most real estate landing pages make one mistake.
They list features instead of giving buyers a reason to care.
I recently rewrote a landing page for a Dubai real estate company with one objective:
Turn curious visitors into qualified property inquiries.
Instead of leading with property specifications, I focused on buyer intent.
Here's what I changed.
1. A stronger headline
The opening section immediately explained why Dubai is one of the world's strongest property investment markets before introducing the project.
2. Lifestyle before specifications
People don't buy square footage.
They buy convenience, waterfront living, rental income, family-friendly communities, and long-term appreciation.
Each section highlighted the outcome buyers want, not just property details.
3. Easier navigation
I organized the page into clear sections covering featured communities, investment benefits, location advantages, and frequently asked questions so visitors could quickly find the information they needed.
4. Stronger calls to action
Instead of generic buttons, every CTA encouraged visitors to take the next logical step, whether requesting a brochure, scheduling a consultation, or speaking with a property advisor.
