Framer Template Submission: Round #2.
A few notes on the changes:
1. Reworked the navbar to have a solid fill on scroll to prevent any accessibility problems.
2. Changed all max-widths to 720px for text boxes and 1200px for containers.
3. Reworked article pages to hold featured images in 720px wide containers, to prevent stretching across the page at larger breakpoints.
4. Tweaked a few existing sections to reinforce visual motifs, like centering headlines and using consistent imagery.
