Great candidates are rarely lost to a better offer. They are lost to a missed follow-up.

Tributary is an AI-powered candidate pipeline that makes sure no one goes cold. Candidates flow like water through five stages (Spring → Stream → River → Delta → Sea), and the system handles the follow-through a busy recruiter forgets.

WHAT IT AUTOMATES

• AI candidate intake: paste a CV or LinkedIn profile and the full record (role, email, source, skills summary, suggested stage) is created in seconds

• Self-scheduling follow-ups: every stage change sets the next touchpoint (Spring/Stream +2 days, River/Delta +1 day) and logs it to the candidate's timeline

• Daily pipeline intelligence: who is due, who is drifting (5+ days quiet), plus an AI insight on where the bottleneck is

• AI-drafted outreach: a stage-specific follow-up email, ready to open in your mail client in one tap

• Bulk re-engagement: Nudge all drafts a personal email for every drifting candidate and reschedules them at once

• Measurable impact: a live "time saved this week" counter with a breakdown

DESIGN

Recruiters open their pipeline first thing every morning, so Tributary is designed to feel calm: real nature photography that drifts and cross-fades from spring to sea under living gradient light, frosted-glass panels, and a mobile-first layout tested at 360px, 390px and desktop.

BUILT WITH BASE44

Built entirely from plain-English prompts in Base44, using its database, AI integration and backend functions, then tested and refined screen by screen. The demo is public with no sign-up, and its sample data refreshes itself daily so it always looks alive.
