🤔 The problem was simple: new users opened the app, saw an empty workspace and had no idea where to start. So I turned the home page into a place that tells you what to do next. It allows to pick a template and you're set up in one click, follow a short checklist to finish onboarding, and check your inbox to see who's working on what without digging through boards.

I built Saudi India Price Buddy — a price comparison platform designed for people who shop between Saudi Arabia and India. When I live in Saudi Arabia and want to buy a phone or electronic product, I often have to manually check Saudi stores and then compare the same product with Indian stores. This is time-consuming and makes it difficult to know where the better price is. Saudi India Price Buddy solves this by bringing Saudi and Indian prices together in one place. Users can search for a product, compare prices across stores, see SAR to INR conversion, identify the lowest available price, and access the store directly. The platform is designed around exact product and variant matching, so users can compare the same model and storage capacity instead of accidentally comparing different variants. I built this project with Lovable to turn a real everyday problem into a simple, practical price-comparison experience.
