Led the strategic and operational management of a €1 million rural livelihood development programme in Homs, Syria, supporting 140 vulnerable families, including female-headed households and families with persons with disabilities. The programme included bakery development, animal husbandry, vocational training with business start-up support and organic farming. I managed seven professional staff and worked with LAMSA and local NGO partners. Despite security and access challenges, 100% of targeted beneficiaries were reached.

Road Accident Analysis Dashboard | Excel.
Created an interactive Excel dashboard to analyze road accident casualties and identify patterns across severity, road type, road conditions, urban/rural areas, lighting conditions, and monthly trends. Used Excel dashboards, charts, KPIs, and interactive filters to transform accident data into a clear visual report for analysis and decision-making.
Great use of Excel for turning accident data into actionable insights. Did you also look for correlations between road conditions, lighting, and accident severity, or mainly focus on comparing the individual categories?
