Led the end-to-end migration and rebuild of MyCareSpace, an Australian NDIS provider directory and resource platform, from Drupal 7 to Drupal 11.

Built a fully custom Tailwind-based theme using Single Directory Components (SDC) for a modular component library covering the homepage, search/directory functionality, resource articles, and reusable content blocks.

Developed a custom migration module to move legacy content, URL aliases, and metadata from the old site while preserving original post dates and SEO-friendly redirects. Integrated Mercury Editor for flexible page building, along with custom block plugins, Views-based search, and standard integrations like Mailchimp and Google Analytics.

Handled the full technical scope — DDEV local development, Composer dependency management, Plesk/Basehost deployment, and ongoing SEO, performance, and accessibility refinements.
