Lexipol is one of the largest public safety software companies in the United States, serving law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies nationwide. I was brought in to develop and execute the YouTube strategy for Police1, their flagship channel, and provide strategic direction for their sister channels EMS1 and FireRescue1.
Over 90 days the channels drove 79,500 views, 1,800 hours of watch time, and 449 new subscribers, with view growth of 26% compared to the prior period. I built the content systems, identified the highest-performing content formats for their audience, and created the roadmap that kept production moving without requiring constant input from their internal team.

Slightly obsessive rules, healthy boundaries, and painfully earned trust issues that made our relationship useful without letting it ruin my Webflow projects (and nervous system)
The annoying and review questions seems to be key with any AI model creating output. And even responses to those questions can be hilarious as well lol.
Built an interactive map in Claude and embedded it directly into Webflow.
Client has multiple brands selling across different regions in Argentina and they needed a way to show all their locations: it's clean, fast, and easy to update.
Still refining the design, but the functionality is already running!
