Just shipped: a trilingual AI dealership platform for a used-car dealer in Spain.

One connected system, built and run end to end:

A site in Spanish, Romanian, and English. Their customer base is mixed, and no local competitor serves the Romanian community in their own language.

Carmen, a voice and text AI assistant that answers questions and captures leads 24/7, then emails and Telegrams the owners the second someone is interested.

A self-serve inventory panel: the owners add, edit, or sell cars themselves, and the site and the AI update in seconds, no developer in the loop.

Local SEO built to be cited by both Google and AI answer engines.

The owner works the service bay himself and had no time to run a website. So I built one that runs itself.

One of our older concepts that still stands out to us is Sentra Wallet.

At the time, most crypto wallets leaned into dark themes and interfaces that felt built for experienced users. We wanted to explore a different direction. Something brighter, friendlier, and easier to navigate without losing the feeling of security or control.

The goal was simple: make managing digital assets feel approachable. We focused on clear information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and a visual identity that didn't rely on the usual Web3 design trends.

Looking back, we'd definitely refine parts of it today, but the core idea remains the same. Great product design isn't about making crypto look more complex. It's about making it feel easier to use.
