Airtable Project & Client Tracking System
Overview
Growing businesses often struggle with fragmented project information spread across spreadsheets, emails, messaging platforms, and multiple software tools. This creates inefficiencies, limits visibility, and makes it difficult to track responsibilities, deadlines, and project progress.
Solution
I designed a centralized Airtable workspace that brings project management, client records, task tracking, milestone monitoring, and operational reporting into a single system.
The platform was structured to provide teams with a clear view of ongoing work while reducing the administrative burden associated with managing projects across disconnected tools. Custom automations, dashboards, and reporting views were implemented to support day-to-day operations and improve decision-making.

FocusDock is a calming focus timer designed for work, study, reading, and deep focus sessions.

The idea started from a simple problem: most focus timers are functional, but they don’t feel personal or emotionally engaging. I wanted to create a timer that feels more like a small ritual, choosing your environment, placing your clock, setting the mood, and starting a focused session with intention.
With FocusDock, users can:
Choose a focus duration
Pick from different illustrated desk, shelf, and table backgrounds
Select a clock style
Place the clock naturally inside the scene
Start a clean, distraction-free focus session
Use ambient sounds or music to support concentration
The design direction is soft, calm, and minimal, using 2D illustrated backgrounds with clear surfaces where the clock can sit naturally. The goal is to make the clock feel like an object inside the workspace, not just a floating timer UI.
I’m using Figma’s suite of tools to explore the visual system, generate the interface direction, and build the interactive prototype with Figma Make. A big part of the challenge is making the experience feel polished: smooth transitions, thoughtful placement, responsive layouts, and a focus flow that feels simple but meaningful.
For me, this project is about turning time management into a calmer, more intentional experience.

I want to create this really cool local dashboard that would have true meaning and purpose for residents of Pompano Beach.
I recorded a Tella to explain with examples, which I sent to a few people, but I'm waiting to hear back.
If there are any devs, vibe coders or techies or just someone not a writer like me, lol, could tell me who I need (skillset wise) and if they have any recommendations -- affordable and efficient -- this is an MVP. :))) And this is not something I'll profit off of btw. :)
