Most growing teams don't have a people problem. They have a systems problem.
I fix that with ClickUp, one structured workspace that replaces the spreadsheets, the Slack chaos, and the missed deadlines.
I build ClickUp systems that answer that question automatically, tasks assigned, deadlines tracked, progress visible without a single follow-up message.
40% fewer follow-ups. First week. Real client result.
Open to hearing one idea tailored to your team?

We build client apps through MCP all day, which means we hit Claude's usage limits all day. Session caps, a weekly cap that a heavy build can burn through in twenty minutes, and a model that kept testing after being told to stop.
New on the blog: what a Friday actually looks like for a four-person team working this way, and the eight habits that keep it shipping — when to hand over (75%, not 98), why "stop" does not mean stop, when to switch models versus wait it out, and why your chat history is not a library.

The Limits Are Part of the Workflow Now: A Friday Inside Our MCP Build Team
Session caps, a weekly Fable cap that burns in twenty minutes, and a model that would not stop when asked. What a Friday looks like on a team that builds apps through MCP.
💡 If you could automate ONE task in your business, what would it be?
Imagine getting back a few hours every week without hiring another person. 🚀
Maybe it’s:
🤖 Answering customer questions automatically
📊 Collecting leads without manual searching
📧 Sending follow-up emails to potential clients
🧪 Tr westing youebsite to catch bugs before customers do
📋 Organizing repetitive daily tasks
As a Computer Science graduate working with Python, AI automation, and software testing, I love finding ways to make everyday work simpler and more efficient.
I'm curious 👇
What's ONE repetitive task you wish you could stop doing manually?
Tell me in the comments! Maybe there's a smarter way to do it. 👀

Over the past few days, I was building my ‘totally unique, incredibly useful’ app for vibe coders and experts and was almost done with it.
Then I opened Base44's workspace and discovered something painfully familiar. 😂
Expert discovery, project tools, support workflows... basically a huge part of what I'd been building.
But I had a few extra ideas in mind:
- Automatically turning detected issues into actionable support tickets.
- Matching each ticket with available experts based on their skills and rates.
- Keeping communication, task status, and progress tracking inside each simple ticket.
- Handling payments through an internal token system, with funds held until the work is completed and approved.
The idea was to make the whole process seamless: find a problem → find an expert → get it fixed → approve the work → release the payment.
But honestly, these features probably make more sense as an extension of an existing platform than as a whole new web app.
So, @Base44, maybe there's a feature idea here for you? 👀
Moral of the story: do your competitor research BEFORE you build the entire thing. Don't be like me. 😅
P.S. Here's the working prototype I built on Base44, including the expert-matching and ticket workflow: https://launch-assurance-95c30f81.base44.app/
