Are you actually ready for Black Friday, or are you just hoping for the best? 📉⌛
When the biggest shopping event of the year hits, unprepared e-commerce stores lose thousands of dollars in missed sales. If you want to dominate Q4 across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, you need a proven game plan.
Here is your 5-Step Black Friday Domination Checklist:
📦 1. Secure Your Inventory: Don't let stockouts kill your momentum. Get your shipments in early so you never miss a sale when buyer demand peaks.
🔍 2. Optimize Your Listings: Be visible and be relevant. Refresh your titles, keywords, and A+ visuals to instantly turn window-shoppers into paying buyers.
🏷️ 3. Fine-Tune Pricing & Deals: Stay competitive. Set up smart coupons, discounts, and promotional strategies to win the buy box over your competitors.
🎯 4. Supercharge Your PPC: Stop wasting money on bad clicks. Capture high-intent buyer traffic that actually converts into revenue.
📊 5. Monitor & Pivot in Real-Time: Stay agile. Keep a close eye on your ad spend (ACOS) and sales velocity so you can make profitable adjustments on the fly.
💡 Plan today, profit tomorrow. More ad traffic will never fix a store that isn't fully optimized to convert.
As a multi-platform E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, I handle the heavy lifting—from troubleshooting store errors to full Q4 optimization—so you can sit back and watch your sales grow.

Before I touch ads on any new Amazon account, here are the three things I check first.
1. Search term report: are brand or competitor terms eating budget with zero orders?
2. Listing basics: main image, the first 80 characters of the title, and price against the top 3 competitors.
3. TACoS, not just ACoS: is organic growing while ad spend moves?
Most "PPC problems" turn out to be listing or pricing problems in disguise. Fix those first and the same budget works harder.
What's the first thing you check on a new account?

Main image is where I'd start too. On a global CPG portfolio we used to check the hero at mobile thumbnail size next to the top 3 competitors, and the most common problem was a pack size or count you simply couldn't read. Do you bring the listing designer in before the first ad spend, or after you've seen the search term report?
Retail Inventory Sales Analysis
Retailers often collect large amounts of sales and inventory data but struggle to turn it into clear decisions around stock, demand, and revenue performance.
I built an end-to-end retail analytics solution using Python, MySQL, and Power BI. With Python and Pandas, I cleaned and prepared the raw dataset, handling missing values based on their business meaning rather than blindly replacing them. The data was then analyzed in MySQL to explore revenue, units sold, inventory, discounts, categories, regions, and seasonal performance.
The final result was an interactive Power BI dashboard designed for quick business monitoring. It includes KPI cards for revenue, total stock, demand fulfillment, total products, and average discount, alongside sales by category, monthly seasonal performance, regional revenue and units sold, inventory by demand forecast, and seasonal distribution.
Key findings included a 95.72% demand fulfillment rate, balanced sales across the five product categories, and a near-even distribution of performance across the four seasons. The dashboard also provides a clear view of regional sales and inventory relationships, helping identify where demand and stock performance may require further attention.
Tools: Python (Pandas) · MySQL · Power BI · DAX
