This project involved creating a customized commercial presentation for an international client interested in investing in the Brazilian real estate market. The objective was to consolidate two investment opportunities into a single, well-structured presentation, enabling the client to compare a move-in-ready property that could generate immediate rental income with an under-construction development offering strong capital appreciation potential.

The presentation was designed to simplify the client’s decision-making process by highlighting key information such as property size, price, construction status, location, investment potential, and expected liquidity. It also included a side-by-side comparison of both opportunities, helping the client understand which investment best aligned with their financial objectives and risk profile.

Additionally, the presentation outlined the commercial terms, including the payment structure, minimum down payment requirements, installment options, and the availability of alternative units for customized investment scenarios.

The primary goal was to provide a clear, professional, and investor-focused presentation that would inspire confidence while offering a comprehensive overview of the Brazilian real estate market and the selected investment opportunities.
