This automation allows users to send an invoice as an image or PDF through WhatsApp. The workflow validates the incoming message, detects the file type, retrieves and downloads the invoice, then uses AI to analyze and extract key information such as the supplier, invoice number, date, items, taxes, currency, total amount, payment status, and important notes.
The extracted information is automatically structured into a clear and easy-to-read response and sent back to the user directly on WhatsApp.
