We’re hiring a FRONTEND EXECUTION ENGINEER.
This is NOT a normal frontend role.
We are not looking for:

– overengineers
– pixel-perfect-only frontend devs
We are hiring:
a high-speed Frontend Product Systems Engineer.
Someone who can:
– ship fast under ambiguity
– simplify complexity
– make product decisions independently
You’ll:
– take incomplete Figma/product direction
– ship production-ready systems in days, not weeks
– prioritize business impact over architectural beauty
– move without waiting for perfect specs
Strong fit understands:
– what breaks at scale
– realtime/frontend systems
– performance bottlenecks
– what NOT to build under deadlines
Strong candidates can explain:
– painful production mistakes
– shortcuts that were still correct
– when abstractions hurt speed
Stack:
Next.js • React • TypeScript • Tailwind
Strong plus:
Zustand • SSR/ISR • WebSockets • realtime systems • performance optimization
AI-native mindset required.
You should already use:
Claude • Cursor • Copilot • AI workflows
Not occasionally.
Operationally.
Best fit usually has:
– startup/founding engineer experience
– frontend + systems overlap
– backend awareness
– strong product ownership
– high autonomy

React / Next.js dev needed for an active platform
Looking for another React / Next.js developer to join an existing project we're actively building.
We're not at the "just fixing bugs" stage. There's still a good amount of real work left — frontend features, dashboard work, dynamic pages, API integrations, responsive improvements, and overall platform improvements as things continue getting built out.
React / Next.js stack. Tailwind preferred. TypeScript helps.
We are looking for someone who can examine the existing system and get directly involved in the existing codebase without needing continuous guidance.
Timeline is around 1–2 months.
Budget is around $7k–12k depending on experience and fit.
