LoopIn is a hyperlocal social network that connects neighbors inside the same apartment building through a private community feed, a neighbor directory, and a simple invite code system.
The app gives every building its own space where residents can share updates, ask for help, offer things, and stay informed about what's happening where they live — without the noise of generic social media or chaotic group chats.
Inspired by the energy of spring, connection, and new beginnings, LoopIn encourages neighbors to step out of anonymity, meet the people around them, and build a small but real community starting from their own front door.
Core Features:
- Private building feed with 4 post categories: Alert, Help, Offer, Question
- Neighbor directory with floor and apartment details
- Invite code onboarding — residents join only with a verified building code
- Image support on posts
- Like and comment on every post
- Admin dashboard with pinned announcements
- Automatic subscription tier based on number of apartments
Monetization Strategy - LoopIn uses a building-level subscription model paid by the administrator. The plan is calculated automatically based on apartment count.
Plans include:
Micro — 1 to 20 apartments — 29 RON/month
Standard — 21 to 60 apartments — 59 RON/month
Large — 61 to 150 apartments — 99 RON/month
Complex — 151+ apartments — 179 RON/month
30 days free trial, no credit card required. Residents always use the app for free.
Why It Matters - Most neighbors don't know each other's names. There is no local app in Romania that solves this. LoopIn is the first hyperlocal building community app in a market of 4.5 million urban apartments, with zero direct competitors.

Rootine is a seasonal habit-tracking mobile app where your goals grow as living plants, built for the Bubble Spring Hackathon.
CONCEPT:
Every habit you set becomes a plant. Check in daily, and it grows. Miss too many days and it wilts. Quit entirely, and it dies. Complete your goal, and it blooms 🌺
THE PROBLEM:
53% of people quit goals within 2 weeks. Existing habit apps feel clinical with no emotional connection. Rootine makes quitting feel like killing something alive — creating powerful psychological accountability.

Rootine supports how people grow, build habits, and spend their time as the season shifts.
SPRING THEME:
Spring IS the concept — users literally plant seeds and watch them bloom. Growth, renewal, ne beginnings — this is not a backdrop, it is the entire mechanic. Every goal is a seed. Every check-in is water. Every completion is a flower
