Fast stores aren't built. They're subtracted.
Everyone thinks speed is something you add. Install the caching app. Buy the optimizer. Pay for the plan with "performance" in the name.
Wrong direction.
Every store I've dragged from 40 to 80 got there by removing, not adding. Three analytics scripts nobody reads. A slider app loading on every page for one banner. Fonts in six weights when the design uses two. Lazy-loading turned off because someone thought it looked janky once.
The slow store isn't missing a tool. It's carrying weight it forgot it picked up.
Speed isn't a feature you buy. It's the stuff you had the discipline to cut.
Next time your store feels slow, don't ask what to install. Ask what you can delete.

The print vs fit framing is spot on. Retro sells energy, editorial sells product quality. For a tee brand I would probably lean editorial on PDP and keep retro for campaign landings.

I designed a modern, conversion focused Shopify website for a luxury jewelry brand, creating a premium shopping experience that showcases timeless collections while making it effortless for customers to browse and purchase. The goal was to build an elegant digital storefront that reflects the brand's sophistication and encourages higher conversions.
The design features refined layouts, a luxurious color palette, high quality product imagery, and clean product cards to highlight signature jewelry pieces, new arrivals, and featured collections. I also crafted an intuitive shopping journey with clear calls to action, well structured collection pages, trust building elements, and a seamless product discovery experience optimized for engagement and sales.
