This project centered on engineering a high-efficiency technical support and data-triage framework to isolate platform display-logic anomalies and configuration failures. I executed deep-dive root-cause analyses on high-volume systemic defects, cross-verifying active site behaviors against preconfigured system rules. By documenting comprehensive data error logs and mapping systemic errors, I streamlined the delivery of validated defects directly to software engineering pipelines, significantly accelerating technical resolution times and creating standardized operational SOPs for global teams.
