Karaya. Direct-Booking Inquiry Flow for Luxury Villas
The brief I set myself: design the inquiry experience that gives an independent villa owner the confidence to stop paying OTA commission.
The insight: owners don't stay on Airbnb because of design. They stay because their own site gives them no proof an inquiry arrived. The gap isn't visual it's trust, and it opens in the 3 seconds after a guest presses submit.
What I designed: · Inquiry form with intent-capture dates, guest count, WhatsApp, and an open field for occasions and Balinese experiences. High-context leads, not just an email address. · Trust micro-copy placed at the exact point of hesitation , free to inquire · no payment today · 24h reply directly beneath the submit button. · Email delivery to the owner, plus a redirect to a dedicated confirmation page. · A confirmation page that does real work: reference number, 3-stage status timeline (Received / Under Review / Personal Reply within 24h), WhatsApp escalation, and two forward paths so the highest-intent moment on the site isn't wasted on a dead end.
Result: a booking flow that behaves like a platform, without a platform taking a cut.
Built end-to-end in Framer design, interactions, form logic, and confirmation state. Part of Karaya, a luxury single-villa template.
