200 reactions look great, but what do they tell us?
As a content and social media manager, I look beyond the engagement count: are we reaching the people we want to reach and getting the response we’re aiming for?
If the goal is to generate product interest, I’d rather see 20 people asking about the product than 200 simply liking the video.
Both can be valuable, but the goal determines which matters more.
Love this test! $1/day same creative 24h - clear difference. Boost Post = reach only past followers, no targeting. Real campaign = link clicks tracked. I always tell my shoe brand clients - boost is visibility only, no results. Great experiment!
Your website gets traffic, but nobody is buying. Here’s why. 👀
Getting people to your website is only half the job.
You can have hundreds—or even thousands—of visitors and still make very few sales.
Why?
Because traffic doesn’t automatically create trust.
Your website might be missing:
→ A clear message
→ A strong value proposition
→ Copy that speaks directly to your customer’s problem
→ Benefits that show why your offer matters
→ A compelling call to action
→ Enough trust to make someone feel comfortable buying
People don’t buy simply because they found your website.
They buy when they understand the value, trust the offer, and believe it can solve their problem.
So before asking, “How do I get more traffic?”
Ask:
“What happens when the traffic gets here?”
Sometimes, you don’t need more visitors.
You need better copy. ✍🏽
What do you think is the biggest reason people leave a website without buying?
