Hi Matthieu! Is there a place to get a consultation on some prompts on 11 LAbs? Though I watched all the tutorials and re-made a lot of prompts I always get the generation failed. Even when I overcome it in the flow, it appears again the template. Would be great to talk to someone

Hi both! We currently don’t have official prompt guidelines because it depends a lot on the specific image or video model you’re using in the workflow!
Have you already tried rewriting or simplifying your prompt to see if that helps with the generation issue? Sometimes certain...

Thank you! Somehow it worked out but it is not consistent. I tried switching models and checking how it works - and it happens to work and then to fail. Even Claude could not explain) In the second template I bumped today into cache issues... At least I think so. I will upload...

Another thing - I think I am experiencing a bug creating a flow to the contest. It looks like the model takes the input to generation somewhere in the cash memory as it does not link the input, but uses some old input.
